The Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology is an academic organization established in November 1980, and is part of the China Association for Science and Technology. They are the only representative of the Chinese food science and technology community in the international Union of Food Science and Technology.
The conference will gather scientific and technological wisdom and industrial innovation ideas of the probiotic industry with an open international perspective, summarize the high-quality development of technology and industry, and serve the strategy of "Healthy China"
